Shipping Australia - Standard Delivery
Our Free Standard Delivery Service is automatically applied to all orders over $150. We offer Standard Delivery within Australia for $10. To use this service you will need to be within the area code delivery network to guarantee delivery within 2 - 5 business days. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or next business day.
Shipping Australia - Express Delivery - Please check if you are within the Express Post Network
Our Free Express Delivery Service is automatically applied to all orders over $500. We offer Express Delivery within Australia for $15. To use this service you will need to be within the express post delivery network to guarantee next day delivery. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or next business day.

Please advise us at checkout if you require signature on delivery along with any special instructions for your order including if you would or would not like your item safe dropped.
Once your parcels have left COCO BELLA BOUTIQUE they are then property of Australia Post OR Sendle. COCO BELLA BOUTIUE is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
 Shipping New Zealand - Express Delivery
Our Free Express Delivery Service is automatically applied to all orders over $500. We offer Express Delivery within New Zealand for $25. To use this service your parcel may take between 3-6 working days. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or next business day. 

International Shipping
Coco Bella Boutique offers International delivery costs $30 or Express Shipping for $50 and can be selected as a shipping option at the checkout. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or next business day. Our Free Express Delivery Service is automatically applied to all orders over $500
Taxes and duties

Coco Bella Boutique unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be, imposed rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
Returns
All full priced items (Australian orders) can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item for a Store Credit. We offer an extended 21 days on all international orders.

We don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. Sale items are final therefore we do not offer credits or refunds so please choose carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. 

Have no fake tan, make up or other stains

No smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant washing powder or other products

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges/returns on SALE items, jewellery items, intimates or swimwear.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Coco Bella Boutique staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. 

Returned items are processed within 3 working days from us receiving your item/s. Once we receive your return, you will then be emailed with your Store Credit. 

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to choose a different item or the same item, provided it is available.

***Store credit/vouchers are valid for 3 months***
We will email you your unique credit code to use for your next purchase which you can put towards anything you like.
Please also note you can not use your store credit in conjunction with any other advertised offer on our website.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
COCO BELLA BOUTIQUE is unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. 

We are happy to issue you with a credit, repair compensation or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. 

If you believe your garment has a fault, please specify when contacting us. We will then contact you once we receive your item. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
